If you use the contact form on this site, I receive your name, your email address, the firm or facility you named, an optional phone number, and whatever you wrote in the message. That's all of it. There's no analytics on this site, no tracking pixels, no advertising, and no cookies beyond what's needed to load the page. The form doesn't save anything to a database — it hands your message to Resend, the transactional email service I use to deliver it to my inbox, and that's where it stays. Resend keeps its own delivery logs for 30 days under a signed data processing agreement, and I read your message and reply personally from my own address. I don't sell any of it, I don't share it with anyone, and contacting me doesn't add you to a mailing list. There isn't one.

I keep inbound messages in my email so I can remember our conversation, and roughly twice a year I clear out old ones that never went anywhere. If you'd like me to delete your message and contact details sooner than that, email me at jsuriel@suraiconsulting.com and I'll do it and confirm when it's done. One request: please don't send client, case, patient, or resident information through this form. It isn't a secure channel, and a general description of what you're trying to solve is all I need to have a useful first conversation.
