I build the systems I sell — the architecture, the integrations, and the code. SurAI Consulting works with records-heavy operations, with particular depth in personal injury law firms and Florida assisted living facilities.
Before this I spent nine years building AI and data products for enterprise customers — operational-risk systems for Goldman Sachs and Google, first at Forge.AI and then at FiscalNote, which acquired it. That work became a commercially launched platform whose central promise was that every finding could be traced back to the source document it came from. Auditability wasn’t a feature somebody asked for late; it was the product. That’s the same idea underneath everything I build now — a system that can’t show its work isn’t finished.
I build so you could replace me without replacing the system: settings in files you can read, documentation written for the next developer, and your data in systems you own and can export.

- Legal: Florida Bar Ethics Opinion 24-1 and ABA Formal Opinion 512 — confidentiality, verification, supervision and billing.
- Security: least-privilege tool scoping, audit logging and prompt-injection controls, mapped to SOC 2, NIST and OWASP guidance.
